「All was very clean what we like the most was it was pet friendly」

「We were dropping my son off at college from out of state and out family of 5 came out for the occasion. Sonny’s place was perfectly located and accommodated everyone comfortably. Sonny was very responsive and the process of check in/out was very smooth. The place was clean and well kept. The hot tub and arcade room are nice additions too. Great stay in Santa Ana.」

「Note to future renters: there are no ceiling fans. If you're someone who likes to have air moving, pack a travel size fan. There are also no tvs in the bedrooms. The living room is okay. 1 comfy couch and 2 sitting chairs. If you're group is larger than 3 it's not a great community area, but it's the only chill option. The backyard is great, but could use more seating. This home is close to LOTS of stores and restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood is lively. Cars...

「Convenient location to Disney. Quiet area. Friendly host. 」

「Wonderfully appointed house. Very clean and lovely, welcoming decor. Plenty of dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots/pans to feed everyone at the 10 person dining table. Drip coffee, Keurig, or electric tea kettle available, plus a rice cooker and a blender. Outdoor gas grill was easy to use. Comfortable beds with soft bedding, lots of pillow choices, and warm, cozy blankets. Wall A/C units made it easy to customize temperatures in different rooms for different needs. So many extras available...

「Our group of 6 had an outstanding experience at this house! Vivian was a great host - she was prompt and friendly to communicate with! We had a small issue with a non-working stove-top and she was able to fix it the same day we reported it. We highly recommend the house for its location, cleanliness and comfortability and would certainly stay here again!」

「Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person. The listing never stated that they charged per guest. The property also did not accommodate 8 people at the table for a meal. There were only 3 chairs (one was broken). The living room had a small...

「Nice neighborhood, clear communication from host and decently priced」

「We were unable to check in at first as the electronic lock was not working. It was 1am so we wouldn’t have been able to communicate with the owner. When telling the owner, she seemed unsurprised and blamed it on the battery. The sinks were clogged in the bathroom. The appliances were still wet and not cleaned from the previous guests. The mattresses were also hard as a rock.」

「It was clean, had what we needed. It is close to the beach and shopping. Also we were able to park off the street. There were beach towels & toys. That was a nice touch.」

「Kevin was such a nice host and was very communicative with me in getting the night through smoothly for my cousin's wedding party. As my first experience in using Vrbo, I had many questions, and he answered them efficiently. The house was as expected and super clean (You understand why shoes are not allowed inside haha). Bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, kitchen and living room were beautiful.Only thing I would recommend is adjusting check out time to 11 AM instead of 10 AM. Noise level is pretty...

「It’s a small room mostly for sleeping the outside patio is a great touch comes with a few chairs couch and tables there’s also grill ,washer, and dryer outside. The lighting at night isn’t very good there’s also an umbrella for shade. Comes with a complete kitchen the fridge is also large. Bathroom is nice and there’s also a large closet next door. Area is a nice neighborhood and there is plenty of stores and restaurants nearby walking distance. Never had any issue parking in street there was...

「The property was clean and great value.」

「This was an excellent property for all of us with 6 bedrooms and 4 baths (we had 12 people). We all remarked how comfortable the beds and pillows are and how well equipped the house is with oil and balsamic and a whole rack of spices. A keurig w supplied pods (!!!) and a coffee pot (with coffee!!!!). The host was very responsive and helpful with everything. Check in and out was super easy. The place has 2 units - 1 main w 4 rooms and 2 baths and the “unit” w 2 king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both...
