"The villa was very run down, the refrigerator water dispenser didnt work, the screened in porch was dirty and full of bugs so we couldn't use it and the furniture was very tired and worn. The beds were very comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were clean. We didn't use the kitchen appliances other than the refrigerator so I dont know if they were working properly."

"Hotel peaked years ago. Staff is very arrogant - had reserved a king bed months and months ago and they didnt have any . Constant weddings and such loud music from the weddings late into the night. Food overpriced. Not worth the high price tag . Do airbnb or Verbo. This is a pass"

"This is the 2nd year in a row that my friend and I have stayed in this unit. The price is very reasonable for the location. The view off the balcony doesn't overlook the beach, but the live oaks and other tropical vegetation surrounding the unit provides a peaceful spot to relax. The beach is less than 2 minute's walk away without crossing a road - instead there is a nice paved trail to the boardwalk. and it's located a quick bike ride away from Night Heron Park. The whole island and beaches are kept clean and safe, and it occurred to me that you don't smell even a hint of that ocean fishy smell. I went for the wildlife and the peaceful beach, and was NOT disappointed. I would definitely stay there again and again!"

"Nice property. The kitchen could use more items, ex. measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls, serving platters and bowls and a map of the property, the kids could not find the game room. We’ve rented oceanfront houses for 30 years and this was the first condo and just wasn’t not the same. If just my husband and I it would’ve been okay but with the kids we’ll stick with house rentals. "I’ll start with the positives: the location is great, and communication with the host was perfectly fine—responsive and easy enough. Unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends.Upon arrival, it became clear that “cleaning” may have been more of a loose concept than an actual service. The sink still had a bit of food in the drain, the shower had visible hair, and the overall condition felt far from guest-ready.The biggest concern was the linens. The towels and sheets had been taken out of packaging and placed in the closet and on the beds, but there was no indication they had actually been washed. The master bedroom also had a distinct and persistent smell of urine, which made it… memorable.I was charged 75 for a “club,” even though the listing clearly states that club access is not included.There was ongoing construction right outside the property that started very early in the morning and continued throughout the day. This was not disclosed anywhere in the listing, and it significantly impacted the experience.The property has potential but it's got a way to go. "

"Kitchen while reasonable complete lacked a kettle. There were not enough cloth washing pods left for a two week stay and also paper towels. Also TV's need upgrading as neither TV supported Bluetooth which is pretty common these days. "
