"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront retreat. The place was spotless, modern, and well-stocked with everything we needed - it exceeded our expectations. The view from the private deck was absolutely stunning, overlooking the lake - perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The staff onsite was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of (especially Stephanie). The location was peaceful yet super convenient for when we wanted to kayak - we could be on the water within minutes. The one bedroom had bunk beds in it, which my 9 yr old daughter was ecstatic about. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake George. "

"The cabin is clean and charming, the property is enchanting, and every detail is attended to. You have easy access to Brant Lake while enjoying quiet, private Clearwater Lake right in your back yard. My boys and are are avid runners and enjoyed the scenery and the challenge of the local hills. Jeff is helpful and responsive…We will definitely be back. "
"We had a great stay at the overlook site! Our site was exacty what the owner stated it would be. Swimming hole was so fun and we appreciated that he had fun stuff and floats/life vest for the kids! We were able to explore the area and visit Fort Ticonderoga during our stay and Kieth told us about some other fun things to do with our kids in the area."
"The location is beautiful - a long frontage on Lake George. The condition of the property is, literally, pristine. I am not sure how it manages to be so perfectly maintained and still look like a traditional lake resort. We could not have been more pleased."
