"The hotel was nice overall. Aside from our initial check-in, most of the staff were kind and helpful. The rooms weren’t as clean as hoped. There was hair, dust, crumbs etc. around the mattress on the bed base, but the bedding looked clean. Two bulbs were out in our room, but once informed, the hotel staff replaced them quickly. We had a room that was next to the gas station and the window coverings weren’t sufficient to block out the light. The amenities were good though and the location was great for what needed. "

"I did not look for or use the gym. The hotel is walking distance to American Airlines Center. Perfect for an event. "

"I didn’t believe the pictures when I booked the room. Although would have like to see the smaller rooms online the hotel was clean, staff was welcoming and the hotel smelled of magnolia. There was a family friendly pub nearby that welcomed pets and there were some fast food chains like McDonald’s and Starbucks in walking distance. I’m only sad we didn’t get to spend more time exploring the area because there were some great places for photo opps right across the street for the teen boys with us. Also we self-parked at a garage about a block away for a very decent price. "

"We had a great stay here! We stayed overnight for a concert and the staff at check in was very friendly and welcoming! Once we checked in and went to our room, the room was clean and no issues were seen. The breakfast they served was great, it's freshly made and tasted good! Check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a city view with a balcony. It was particularly enjoyable at night when all of the city lights were lit up. The valet staff and staff that originally checked us in were great. Evening desk staff was not super friendly. Didnt necessarily have a bad experience but no "hi/bye", no smile, just looked up at us then back down to the work he was doing. Which isn't that big of a deal. I mean, we're not royalty. I just prefer a more personable front desk person. Walkable to several restaurants. The hotel room was clean and they offered things that other hotels don't from my limited hotel experience. Things like: cotton balls, cotton swabs, and mouthwash. The hair dryer was decently powerful, not weak other hotels dryers I've used. The rooftop bar was a total vibe. It had a beautiful view. The aesthetic was stunning and would be a wonderful place to hang out and chill. Overall, very impressed and satisfied. Would definitely stay here again. "
