「Hotel is just ok. Rooms dont have the amenities they offer. To have a fridge, they did a downgrade of the room.
Restaurant not good. They confused the orders, 45 minutes wait for the wrong plate and very expensive.
I cant recommend this place.」

「Excelente lugar para disfrutar de la naturaleza. Sus propietarios son muy amables, en especial Tim, quien nos recibió personalmente junto a su perro Coco. Las habitaciones son cabañas acogedoras, con vistas increíbles a las montañas y al volcán Turrialba desde algunos puntos.
La comida muy rica, fresca, bien preparada con amor. Recomiendo el lugar para personas que deseen descansar rodeadas de la verde montaña.」

「コロニアル風スタイルのホテルで、建物全体のデザインが統一されており、とても素敵なホテル。スタッフは流ちょうな英語を話し、チェックインやチェックアウト時の対応もとてもフレンドリーで丁寧だった。食事もおいしく、レストランの雰囲気も良い。」
