Very comfortable, very convenient hotel. I was visiting for work so I didn't really do anything at the hotel except sleep, but my room was very comfortable. The person who ran the front desk every night was just about the hardest working person I've ever seen in my life and I think she was the only person working one night, but she still managed to have a positive attitude.

This was a very clean and well-looked after property, and the staff went out of their way to check everything was in order.

After reading some poor reviews of this hotel I was a bit worried but I have absolutely no complaints at all. Beds were comfy and clean. Room was maybe a little aged but clean and in good condition. We really enjoyed our stay. Used it as a base for Boston for the World Cup. Ubers or lyfts into the city were costing about $40-50 but prices possibly were inflated for the World Cup. And there are cheaper transport options if ur looking to get around on the train.

The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very convenient location to restaurants and the T.
