"The bathroom door would not stay shut. The mattresses should be turned around or switched out. The mattress closest to the window in 405 in Sitka ak could be switched to a firm mattress."

"It was tough to park because of the mounds of snow, but the owner did his best. I felt safe and secure in my room and parking lot. The restaurant food was good but I didn’t appreciate one well-dressed young folx table that got very drunk, yelled and screamed their excitement and disagreements about people, and carried on for over 30 minutes with no intervention by management or wait staff to lower their voices so the rest of us could eat with getting headaches. I actually didn’t even finish my meal because they were so loud. One of the waiters found them amusing. I didn’t go back for dinner. Management was extraordinary and I appreciated their efforts for comfort and local information. "

"The facility started by acknowledging that they charge a resort fee only to raise the cost up outside of Expedia. Then three days I did not even see housekeeping in the halls. I was told they haven’t been showing up. Maintenance came in made a mess in the bathroom for the guest to clean up and the breakfast was microwave breakfast sandwiches sold separately coffee was never available although there was a pot "

"I booked this for a traveling high school basket ball team visiting for the regions tournament. The description is a little ambitious saying that it sleeps 10. I had 9 staying there and it was pretty cramped. Everything else was great and was cool to be on the Quay."

"Shannon, the host was nothing less than INCREDIBLE. We renamed her SAINT SHANNON. The accommodations equally impressive. PERFECT in every aspect…condition and location. Very nicely furnished and appointed. Well equipped. Walkable to all points.We rate our stay 10 out of 5 stars!!"

"The house of clean and well kept. The location was perfect for being within walking distance to most things Sitka. The property manager was very nice to work with. We arrived late at night and needed to have distilled water for a C-Pac machine. I called the afternoon we were to arrive and asked whether it could be arranged to have distilled water at the house and it was!"
