「My daughter was having outpatient surgery there in Tampa and I wanted a comfortable place for her rest before and after. This was perfect! The house had all she needed. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped for cooking needs, everything was clean and just so comfy!! We didn't get a chance to use the pool but would have if given time. Communication with our host was great as well. I truly felt like I was staying at a friend's place!!」

「Andrea was grest and so responsive from the get go. She made it so easy and when we had questions she answered so quickly. Her place was amazing! No problems with 4 guys on a golf trip. The outdoor sitting area is great to relax in after a hard day on the course. Thanks, Andrea!!」

「Great old Florida house for our little event. Guests enjoyed pool table, ping pong, games, etc. was just right for us. Nice that bedrooms are both upstairs and downstairs and spread out. 「I honestly didn't even set foot in the rental. It was just me and my son and I didn't feel safe there. It's located in an industrial area on a shipping canal. Most homes were run down with bars on the windows. However the rental did not have bars on the windows. Im extremely upset about not being able to get at least half my money back since there's no refunds (now i know why). Rent at own risk! 」

「We loved this property! Communication from hosts was the best we’ve ever experienced. We traveled with 4 adults and 6 children ranging in ages from 1-17. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the teenagers enjoyed having their own space in the smaller suite (the adults also enjoyed the quiet!). Highly recommend this property. We will happily rent again if it is available for our next visit.」

「We stayed 3 nights in the beautiful little guest house. It was so close to everything including downtown. We loved the access to the pool and dock on the river. The sunsets from the dock were amazing. Heather was an amazing host and responded very quickly!」

「Visited Busch gardens over the weekend and we decided to stay here as it was across the street from the park. Room was clean bed was super comfy and breakfast was decent. "近所にコンビニやスーパーはありませんが、ホテルから無料で送迎してくれます。 空港からは自力になります。 川沿いに「リバーウォーク」という歩道があるので、気持ちがよくダウンタウンまで行くことができます。 もちろん、シーバスや路面電車でも行くことができます。 タンパ大学のカフェも、食べ放題でお安く良かったです。 施設は古いですが、清潔感があるのでよいかな？と。 ジムは見当たらなかったのですが、プールはあります。 日光浴されてる方が多くいました。 早く着いてフロントのソファに座っていたら、お掃除を優先して12時にはお部屋へ入れて貰えました。"
