Really nice area. Friendly management. You could see that they are truly making an effort to upgrade the facility. Our room was recently renovated and was clean and comfortable. Very nice stay.

Non smoking room smells like cigarette smoke thoughout. Customer service is not professional. Toilet was clogged. Just not a comfortable stay.

The room its self was average and wasnt a problem. The outside needed cleaning trash everywhere in tbe parking lot and walkways. Staff was very nice.

I get the remodel but still why the rooms so bad.

The service was good. The filter for the ac was nasty dirty. The bed sheets was nasty and stained. There was no jhot water just bearly warm water for the shower / bath.

A few paint touch ups and new lamp shades could really spruce up the place.. also my comforter had many cigarette burns embedded into it which could also be replaced. But everything was clean and I had hot water! Thank you :)

The bed cover was threadbare and had holes in it. The towels were also threadbare with stains. The extra lock on the door did not work. Pros - The shower had great water pressure, it was quiet, and the curtains were good at blocking out the light and it was cheap :)

Had family coming into town, so we chose this one for proximity. We were asked smoking or non, and we asked for non smoking. The room we received smelled like an ash tray with burned marks on the bedspread. The room smelled like marijuana was smoked in there. There were also shady characters outside just hanging out. So they never went back, didn’t even stay. Would not recommend to anyone. Waste of money. Non smoking means non smoking

Would I stay here again?? I don't know.. maybe??

Pros: Cheapest in town. Felt "Safe". Bed comfortable, bathroom was in excellent condition. Cons: We did have a frustrating experience. We decided to rebook for a 3rd Night, extending our our original 2 night stay. The Owner/Mgr came to the room, and insisted that we give him $20 or we vacate the room and come back at Check In time. I made my way to the office, and we did get it sorted out without having to pay nor vacate. It just seemed really strange that it came to that level. Once we did get to actual check out day, staff continually knocked at our door from 9 AM, until we left at 10:45. I probably could've been out quicker, but I kept having to answer the door and reassure people that we were absolutely leaving.. So yeah. It's the Cheapest in town, Saw a family of roaches. TV was not functioning, but we never asked for it to be fixed. Staff bangs on door far too early and often on Check Out Day. We've stayed here many times before, but I'm not sure if I will book here again.

On the plus side; the shower had hot water and good pressure, the room heater worked well, and the bed sheets appeared to be clean. On the down side; check-in is painfully slow and occurs through a bullet proof window, grounds were littered, trash cans were overflowing, room floors were filthy, vanity tops and cabinets were dirty/sticky, walls and doors had holes.
