Absolutely wonderful experience. The perfect balance of friendly and helpful, mixed with quiet and private. The property is an easy 10 minute walk from many restaurants, pharmacies, medium sized mall, and a grocery store (monoprix). You're right in the middle of La Marsa, but it is very quiet. The peoperty was very clean, breakfast was delicious (i dont normally eat breaskfast) and it was a very welcoming atmoshphere. The property is very secure, and the area is very safe. My first time in Tunis and I hope to return.

A cool escape right on the beach. This was a bed and breakfast and were pleasantly surprised. Views were beautiful. Ocean right outside your door. Service was great. Thank you for a memorable time.

Small boutique hotel--feels more like a guesthouse. The owner and staff couldnt be more helpful or pleasant. Not much beach here, but the peacefulness is extraordinary. We were even provided a small gift at the end of our stay. Highly recommended.

The staff and the service were incredible. All the little added touches made for a great stay. They really go out of their way to please their guests like with a custom breakfast when we had to leave early to catch a flight. Highly recommended.

Exquisite

This little hotel is simply exceptional. The decor is classy and stylish; the location is perfect right next to the sea; the whole property is spotlessly clean; there’s fast free Wi-Fi and a superb breakfast includes; the room was very comfortable and blacked out entirely; the rain shower was superb .. and above all the warm, friendly family service exceeds most 5 star hotels. It’s located in an expensive residential area, a 10 minute walk from restaurants, shops and the corniche in La Marsa. It’s around a €5 taxi ride from here to central Tunis, but a far calmer, cleaner and more pleasant location. I cannot fault the place. Truly, truly wonderful. Recommended without a single reservation.

Nous avons été trés bien reçus par un hôte trés agréable dans une trés belle demeure trés bien entretenue.Notre chambre était propre avec une grande salle de bain.Le lieu est trés apaisant, au bord de la mer et nous avons pu nous rendre dans le centre de la Marsa à pied sans problème.Le personnel est adorable et nous sommes repartis avec un petit cadeau offert. Magnifique maison d'hôtes typique dans un quartier résidentiel calme qui donne directement sur la mer. Une très jolie piscine complète ce beau tableau. Accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire et son fils plein de gentillesse qui sont aux petits soins afin de rendre votre séjour des plus agréables, tout comme leur personnel. J'ai opté pour la magnifique chambre Yasmin avec terrasse, très propre (merci à l'adorable Amel), bonne literie et très joliment décorée. Un délicieux petit déjeuner est servi dans le jardin face à la mer. Quand on découvre cet endroit, on a qu'une envie, y revenir.
