"Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and we had a good night's rest there. We'd have no issue staying there again. I was disappointed that the TV did not appear to carry NBC, and the closed captioning and sleep timer on the remote did not work at all. No idea if the latter are an issue in other rooms or not."

"The house is beautiful and well maintained. We were impressed with how clean the house was. The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk to shops and food. We hope to make the trip yearly and stay there. The beds were comfortable. The layout of the kitchen and livingroom made it very easy for visiting and relaxing. "

" The amenities are amazing. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, knives (a bit dull), cutting board, plates/bowls of various sizes, cups/mugs/glasses, etc. A few seasonings (salt, pepper, hot sauce, but no baking pans/sheets), paper towels, soap, and cleaning tools. They had 6 eggs, flour, sugar, and some mini creamers in the frig for us, too! Hot chocolate, tea, and coffee (including filters) are also provided. The decor is outstanding and definitely has an artist's touch. They have 1 bedroom with a queen bed. The living room has a day bed and a chase lounge for the other 2 sleeping spots. The front and back porches were lovely. The back porch has a swing, table with 2 chairs, and a set of chairs with a side table. There are a couple of sweet, calm dogs that come say hi, but there is a doggie gate that can be put up on the back porch so that you can keep them out if you wish. There is also a low profile, small charcoal grill with charcoal brickets, lighter fluid, and stick lighters. It is positioned right next to the owner's home and insight of the cottage, that is also available, directly across. On the owner's side, there is lots of foliage and the back porch has things to create privacy. We look forward to going back in the spring/summer to see the gardens in full bloom. It was the perfect place for our peaceful getaway! You will love it and the owner's are fantastic! "

"Cute updated 1960’s bungalow. Comfy beds and pillows. Close walk to grocery stores and a few restaurants Off street parking in a car port. Dog friendly Good WI-Fi and streaming TV Bathroom has plenty of soaps and shampoos, wipes etc. Great hosts - quick to respond and really helpful. We came for the St Francisville Food Fest and had a great time. Thanks Richard and Jill "

"The pool was enjoyable, but the hot tub was out of order, and there weren't enough pool lounges for everyone.... the house was very clean and beautiful... butterfly garden and grounds were beautiful.. although there was a safety hazard that we noticed... One there was an iron piece on the carport sticking up from the cement that a couple of us tripped on"
