"We had a 5am arrival red eye flight, and it was delayed. We got to the hotel at 7 am, and the room was already reserved for check in the day before. The staff graciously extended out check out time so that we could sleep during our 19 hour layover. Very accommodating, friendly staff."

"One of my best ever hotel stays. Honestly, felt like I was the first one to ever stay in the room. That is an extremely rare thing. Fantastic renovations. Room makes you feel like you’re staying inside of a movie theater. Room sparkling clean. Comfortable bed. Special “birthday cake” presentation surprise on table for Mom’s birthday. So nice. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Everyone very friendly. Location is unparalleled. Just a bit further from park entrance than Disneyland hotel…but the extra walk alongside the sea is amazing. This park has the most beautiful atmosphere of all the Disney parks. Hollywood Hotel grounds are gorgeous, lobby is fun to relax in late night after park visit, running-walking pathways nearby are incredible. Go to Inspiration Lake sometime! I’ll definitely stay again at the Hollywood!"

"The hotel is just fine, not better. My view from the 26th floor to the harbour was great. But that’s where it ends. The elevator situation is a problem. Even though there are 5 of them you are always waiting and they tend to stop at almost every floor. Also getting water and ice can only be done on the 5th floor which means going up and down and using the terrible elevators. I wouldn’t return"

"Room was lovely, food was even better. Staff were great and we were able to get into the room on arrival at 11.30am which is very unusual. Loved the Nemo playroom. Pool was closed, that's a shame."

"The front desk, staff, or is absolutely amazing young gentlemen upgraded my room to a corner suite. The room was huge the king size bed in the middle lots of closet spaceb safe in the room, windows all the way around the room nice couch with ottoman and table and desk and refrigerator. The only thing missing that would've been a nice feature. Was the microwave oven to reheat any leftover from the restaurants they have a laundry service that was real affordable. I did not use the dry cleaning service. It's a grocery store nearby and 4 to 6 restaurants one of the best meals I had when I was in Hong Kong was the Mexican restaurant that's little shopping center next to the hotel was awesome. Food was great. I did not use any hotel shuttle buses. I pretty much used Uber every day taking me to the train station/MTR the view is just amazing too. I would definitely stay here again. I give them a 9 1/2 out of 10."

"Everyone was very nice! The room was clean but tiny. Luckily I was only one person, because it would have been a struggle for 2 in that space. I should have noted the room size when I booked. Also its a 10+ minute walk from where the taxi drops you, so too much luggage would be tough. Also as noted there is no elevator so you need to lug your stuff up the stairs. No one offered to help."
