「The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. 「My husband and I went for a night while in Trinidad for some quiet time. This was perfect especially with the pool and hot tub. We will visit again on our next trip from the states. 」

「I love everything! I wish if I was staying longer. I really don't want to go home. The food was great, the bed was comfortable and the room was bigger than many hotels I have stayed at. The internet was excellent, I got to actually do my work. Because it's a residential area, I used the transportation app to call the TT version of Uber. Very convenient. 「Pros: The staff is friendly, if you drive or have transportation, this is about 10mins away from the avenue and downtown areas. There's a pool, it looks nice (I didn't get in as it was not an interest). Bedding and room was clean. Everything looked like the pics. Area is quiet and residenial. Cons: Area may be unsafe (but that's Trinidad). Nothing happened while I was there but don't go walking around and jogging past 5PM, that goes for the entire country. 」
