"The room was clean. I could see the hall light through the door jam. The neighbors were very noisy. Staff did not stock the breakfast station until asked. There is no elevator. I have a knee injury. This would have been nice to know when I reted the room. I wanted to swim. The pool was out of service during my stay. Over all I was disappointed."

"The bed was firm but not hard, room was clean, the TV allowed us to log into our apps instead of just direct TV, and other expected things like hair dryer and coffee were good. The best part is the rooms are pet friendly amd you don't have to pay a deposit. Worst part is there were only two pillows and we need more."

"we booked this hotel for a quick night b day celebration for our daughter. We booked because of the pool. After arriving we were told pool was closed for Reno. no where in reservation did it say this, they were pretty much unapologetic said they would have a manager speak to us before leaving and never did. it was just a bummer that before or even after we were not informed.
