I thought the staff was excellent. I had to stay in the center of town for business but it is a loud part of the city and guests came in at all hours. You could hear them in the middle of the night as the walls are thin. Having said that, it did seem to be the best hotel in the city. The staff allowed us to leave our things early and were always courteous, which was greatly appreciated. The first rooms we were given were really small and it felt almost claustrophobic. So, make sure you book the “suite” which has more space and a window. Having said that, the window will also mean more noise.

Al llegar me tocó bajar de la habitación porque no me dieron la tarjeta para encender el aire acondicionado, que de otra forma no encendía. Las persianas estaban desprendidas, por lo que no fue posible cerrarlas. No me quejé porque venía cansada de un largo viaje por carretera, era solo para pasar la noche pues debía salir muy temprano al aeropuerto y llevaba antifaz. De lo contrario, hubiese tenido que pedir cambio. En la ducha, la regadera quedó muy alta y la caída del agua daba pegando al vidrio, por lo que tocaba bañarse completamente pegado a él para poderse lavar el cabello. Por ende, el agua inundó un poco la parte de la tasa.

El hotel es cómodo, lástima que las habitaciones no cuentan con nevera y el jacuzzi de la terraza no tiene mucha limpieza, sin embargo el hotel es cómodo.
