Está a pie de playa. Las habitaciones están limpias y básicas, el aire acondicionado funciona pero necesita un poco mantenimiento para un óptimo funcionamiento, hay cafetera de cápsulas, agua, azúcar y cápsulas, tazas y un mini refrigerador excelente. Enfrente de la playa privada.No estacionamiento y poca luz en áreas comunes. Toallas jabón y shampoo. Secadora para cabello. Un poco de olor humedad. Una buena opción de precio accesible

It’s just right by the beach. The sound of the waves were glorious. I liked the hotel other than there is no television to use for unwinding at the end of a long day (the nights were rainy so there’s nowhere else we can go). The family room did not have doors for privacy between rooms either.

In a sense, it was like glamping. I loved the espresso coffee maker in my room. Emiliano provided us with everything we requested in a timely manner. After sleeping on the bed for four nights, my back hurt so badly. Since the beach is open to the public, there were many locals listening to loud music, smoking pot and barking dogs until midnight. Air conditioning worked well, there is a mini refrigerator, and free water is available. I found several restaurants to be overpriced; however, the food was of good quality.

Please do not stay here if you are looking for a a peaceful clean stay at the beach. They do not clean their beach it is flooded with trash entangled seaweed. Even worse the staff will not clean it even as the VISITORS will rake it they will leave it to redistribute throughout the beach. Also that the locals will take over And you as a paying visitor will have to fend through for a spot. The security will tell you the beach is closed by 9 however the locals will stay out there all night having the best time. Not to mention we arrived during a hurricane so they left us with no power or staff to consult with even with relocating us to LIVETULUM. It was both the same horrible stay with no power. Allowing us to come back to laConchita with the same treatment. No service to even relocate. Just a mess. What kind of beach front property with paying guests has no generator? This place holds no dignity in their property not even enough to keep the beautiful small property flourishing. It’s really a shame. Because this place can be so much more. Lastly I do want to give great credit to the young man that cut me the ripest coconut upon arriving he worked the entire time I was there. Also the house keeps my ladies. The surer looking dude was an absolute slouch! The owner of this property needs to do better SERIOUSLY. Thank you. Beautiful location however.

I try to cancel because my flight was cancel and they never answer or refund me my money , I paid over 700 and lost them because I couldn’t go . Careful with this place cuz if you want to cancel they won’t answer and insurance thru Orbitz it’s a fraud because they don’t refund your money either , I paid 200 thru Orbitz for insurance if anything happen and my flight was cancel because of weighed conditions and I didn’t get my money back , I lost 900 dollars on this trip

The staff and the actual room was very nice. It is important to know that the resorts beach area is separated by a rope from the public beach. On the weekend it is packed with lots of locals who are playing different music and partying. The Seaweed was a huge issue ( which I know can’t be helped) could be raked to make the beach more enjoyable.

This was my first trip to my Mexico so I wasn’t sure what to expect — La Conchita Hotel did not disappoint!! From the time we arrived, we were treated with the utmost in hospitality. There is NOTHING about the description that isn’t as described—it is literally steps from the beach. Our villa was huge, with beautiful views of the ocean from our upper deck. I personally appreciated the rustic-style architecture and decor. It’s been a week since i checked out and I’m still missing the cool ocean breeze and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The area felt completely safe, as me and my kids took many walks in the evenings. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly—especially the young man at the front office (can’t remember his name but I believe it’s Amanjuèl) If I could rate this place 10 stars I would.
