Very important: The apartment has WIFI but there is no signal of cellphone service in the area. Please do not book if you are not comfortable with this.
It is strongly recommended to arrive by car or even better, by 4x4 truck. Since there is no cellphone signal, we recommend you first download the location map before arriving.
This is a new building and some parts of the exterior may still be in progress and/or under construction. Noise may be possible. Elevator still in progress. We have adjusted the price to reflect this.

1. No pets, no parties, no smoking, no illegal activity.
2. Please leave the home in the same condition as you receive it.
3. Damage caused by guests during their stay will be charged to the guest.
4. Do not put toilet paper down the toilets in Mexico (please use the waste bin)
5. Please turn off lights and AC when not in use.
6. A starter kit of toilet paper and soap is provided, after which guests must provide their own.
