With room for up to five guests, this apartment works well for families, friends, business travelers, or anyone needing a comfortable space for a short visit or a longer stay.
The apartment has a bright, open layout with a relaxed living area where guests can unwind after a day out. Enjoy a comfortable seating area, a 55-inch HDTV for streaming or movie nights, and a dedicated office desk for guests who need a reliable workspace. Both WiFi and Ethernet are available, making it easy to stay connected.
The sleeping setup includes a queen bed and full-sized beds, all arranged with premium linens and extra pillows. Storage space is available so guests can unpack and feel settled during their stay. For comfort in every season, the apartment includes central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating.
The full kitchen is equipped for everyday meals, snacks, or longer stays. You’ll have an LG refrigerator, stainless steel oven, microwave, coffee maker with coffee provided, cookware, dishes, silverware, and a dining area. In-unit laundry is also included, with a washer, free dryer, iron, and essential supplies available.

Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment for the duration of the stay. There are no shared interior spaces inside the unit.
You may also access shared building features, including the rooftop lounge with river views, outdoor grilling areas, relaxing waterfall feature, fitness center, and the free in-unit washer and dryer.

The $35 Damage Protection Program that covers accidental damage up to $250. This does not cover lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers, which are $200 per lost item.

To comply with legal and property security requirements, you may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, complete our verification portal, and in some cases, pass a criminal background check.
Your information is collected only for screening and verification and is not stored or used for any other purpose.
All guests must sign a rental usage agreement before their stay. By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, acknowledge that a valid government-issued ID is required before check-in, understand that a background check may be required if mandated by the property manager or owner, and understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.
Verification information must be provided within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, it must be provided within 1 hour. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.
Building-managed amenities
Shared amenities, including the fitness facilities, rooftop spaces, elevators, and other common areas, are managed and maintained by the building. Availability may change without advance notice due to repairs, maintenance, or operational decisions. I’m happy to report any issues on your behalf, but access, scheduling, and amenity operations are outside of my control.
Maintenance access
On rare occasions, building or unit maintenance may need to enter the apartment during a stay to complete essential work. These visits are coordinated by management. Refusing required access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.
Furnishings & layout
All units are furnished to a consistent standard, but individual apartments may vary slightly from listing photos in décor, layout, or size.
