The Marvy Madison Brookside/Gathering Place

This home is centrally located to everything Tulsa has to offer with every amenity you can imagine. You will find it comfortable and well appointed for your stay and we look forward to hosting you! You can enjoy a sip of joe while sitting in the coffee nook. Kids will love the nicely finished playhouse outback complete with ceiling fan lights, toys, games, a play kitchen, and more! Relax with the fam or hang out at the Gathering Place or downtown.

This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a fee of $100/pet plus taxes is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet.
Please be sure to add your pet count to the reservation.

Perfect place for a family!

The house was a perfect place for a family gathering. The playhouse in the backyard was especially nice for the toddlers!

Kid friendly!

This was the perfect place to stay with my husband, 3.5 and 1.5 year old. It was very close to the gathering place and discovery lab. Walkable to restaurants off Peoria as well. The pack and play on site was great and my kids loved the playhouse in the backyard.

Awesome location and a playhouse!

We had a delightful stay at this cute bungalow. Couldn’t beat the location, close to Gathering Place. Where we went at least once a day during our stay. House was cute, clean, had everything we needed, and the kids absolutely loved the Playhouse, giant Connect Four and foosball table!

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at the perfect home for our family (dogs and kids alike). The proximity to Gathering Place and other local restaurants can’t be beat. The amenities at the property specifically for children is a game changer (high chair, playhouse, etc) as well as the fully fenced in yard for our dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were very friendly. We would highly recommend staying here!

I have nothing but rave reviews for this property. So clean, had every thing we needed and the neighbors were so friendly. We were able to cook meals, use the grill and enjoyed watching a family movie. Love that you can walk to eat and shop. I will definitely rent again

Fun house!

This fun house is super cute. My kids loved the play house and the foosball table. It’s super close to so many great things! The owner can’t help this, so it isn’t a knock to them, but the ONLY downside was some slightly scary barking dogs at the neighbor’s house. The neighbors also have chickens, which was cool and they didn’t bother us or make noises….but the dogs’ barks could be alarming at times! We would stay here again!

Brookside Gem

The location is perfect you can walk to Brookside for numerous restaurants and grocery stores. You can also walk to the Riverparks which is perfects for pups. The property is exactly as described and pictured. The house is very well stocked but we did not need to cook with all the great places to eat around the corner. The house is very clean and the layout is good as well.

They thought of everything

The house was immaculate and had everything you could want for your stay. They even provided items such as individually wrapped toothbrushes and razors in the bathroom in case you forgot something.The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes and gadgets. I cook a lot and this is the first house I’ve rented where I didn’t have to run out and get a gadget or two to use for my stay.The bedrooms had extra items to make the stay luxurious such as a space heater and extra linens. We will be back on our next trip to Tulsa for sure!

Home away from home

We need a home to stay in while the one we were building was finished up. We needed to find a place that would let our dogs stay as well. This was in a great neighborhood convenient to everything in the area home was exactly as listed would highly recommend this home to others.

Just as described in listing. Our code didn't work, but when we contacted mgmt they immediately got us into the property. Great location near brookside and the gathering place.
