This renovated home is nearly 5-10 minutes away from everything. A two block walk from the Expo Square and a 10 minute drive to downtown! Grocery, gas, restaurants, and coffee at the nearest corners.

The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a gameroom, living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, and a back deck with a sitting area and gas grill.
- Guest access
Guests have access to the whole home, this is not a shared residence.
No access to the detached garage and the gas grill is not available during extreme weathers (i.e. snow, etc).
- Other things to note
We only have one exterior camera facing the front door & porch for the safety of the guests and us.

This home was super convenient for us. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Well maintained. Felt safe. Home is in great shape. Clean. Tidy. A little plainly decorated but the furniture and main bed were comfortable. An extra fan was available which is a nice touch. Owner is a great communicator. A plus for us was an 11 am checkout. We recommend this one!

Clean and cozy little house. We were here for a volleyball tournament and it fit our needs well. Great location to Expo Center, easy check in and check out. The added games and basketball game were a hit with the kids in down time. Would recommend.

Great stay!
Weekend stay for an event at the Expo Center. Great communication, great location and house was exactly as stated. Very clean, well stocked with essentials and plenty of room for us family of 4 to spread out. Will definitely book again if in the area.

Excellent property, clean, well maintained, great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major roadways. Hosts are very thoughtful and communicative, coffee bar was well stocked, refrigerator ice maker works well. I am a repeat customer and hope to be so again.

Almost perfect
Overall, this house was fantastic for our stay in Tulsa. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms clean. The kitchen had what we needed. Our only issue was that the house had a smell. It seems like it was mainly coming from the back bedroom which happens to be the only roomWith carpet. It was sort of a musty-trying-to-cover-up-a-smoker type of smell with cleaner. We did air out the room when the weather was nice. But we always smelled it when we would come back to the house. Otherwise, great stay!

Tulsa Experience
The house was nice, clean, and in a convenient location. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Not a lot of furniture in the living area for more then a couple of people to sit comfortably for more than an hour. Beds were very firm and made getting a good nights rest difficult. Not a whole lot of dished or utensils to cook with. Overall, it was a nice enough place for a couple of nights.

Perfect house for a family
The house was great! The kids enjoyed the game room and loved playing basketball. Everything was very clean. Check-in/out process was very easy. The hosts were flexible when we had a certain request.
