Modern Elegance at its finest for a peaceful and fun getaway to one of Tulsa's most beautiful homes! Luxurious & peaceful sanctuary with 4 bedrooms/5 baths, two-way fireplace, media room home on over an acre of beautifully landscaped grounds, the backyard features a saltwater infinity pool, with a slide and a spa. This spacious property gives you a sense of solitude while being in the heart of midtown Tulsa.
Welcome to this luxurious and peaceful modern sanctuary, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, nestled in a lovely connected location in Midtown. This home is the perfect retreat to rest and reconnect, allowing you to set aside the demands of daily life and create meaningful memories together. It is a private treasure in the city, complete with a stunning saltwater infinity pool with a slide and an infinity spa, an outdoor sitting area, a comfy day bed to soak up the sun, and a relaxing sun deck. Please note that the property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, ensuring an intimate and enjoyable experience for you and your loved ones.

Featured in Tulsa World: World of Homes, this residence boasts a spacious open floor plan and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a food prep area and coffee bar. The kitchen seamlessly opens to an inviting eating area and family room, highlighted by a beautiful hearth. A formal dining area is located on the opposite side of the hearth for more intimate gatherings. For those who need to work during their stay, there is a private glass office equipped with a Wi-Fi printer.

The spacious primary bedroom features a stunning ensuite with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and large walk-in closet. Additionally, there is a second king ensuite and a queen ensuite. Enjoy the large TV room with comfortable seating. On the opposite side of the living area is a full-size bunk room with its own ensuite. The large garage offers space for a full-size ping pong table, while the home is equipped with flat-screen TVs and fast Wi-Fi, providing everything you need for both work and play. This home is designed to be family-friendly, accommodating both adults and kids.

Conveniently located near Utica Square for excellent shopping and dining experiences, you’ll also find the amazing Gathering Place nearby, where you can spend the day exploring natural beauty, visiting museums, and indulging in culinary delights. We hope that during your stay, you find time to soak in the beauty and wonder of this home, leaving refreshed, rejuvenated, and filled with joyful moments to cherish.

Amenities include a Vitamix, toaster, and electric tea kettle, coffee maker, French press, quality cookware and dinnerware. Essential oils, towels, hair dryers, phone chargers, common toiletries, pool towels, gas grill.

For the kids: Pack and play, highchair, kids tableware, booster seat, stroller, wagon,
cooler, games and toys.

Guest access: You will have the whole home to yourself with no shared spaces.

Infinity pool & Spa:

Hot tub is always on for you. The pool is open to guests is open to guests from Memorial Day to Labor Day. After these dates the pool can be heated to 82-85 degrees Fahrenheit, upon a 24-48 request for additional fee of $150.00 per night, we do not heat the pool if the air temperature is below 55 degrees.

* Please be advised that the hot tub and the pool cannot be heated at the same time; only one can be heated at a time.

-Please swim at your own risk.

-There is no lifeguard present.

- A guardian must always be present when kids are in/nearby the pool.

-There is no pool fence.

-For your safety no diving is allowed.

-The deep end of the pool is approximately 6 feet.

-Please watch your step for the drop between the pool and hot tub.

* Pool is open year round. The pool can be heated during the colder months(Sep-May) to 82-85 degrees Fahrenheit, upon a 24-48 hour request for an additional fee of $150.00 per night, please message if you would like this!

We do not heat the pool if the air temperature is below 55 degrees.

* Please be advised that the hot tub and the pool cannot be heated at the same time; only one can be heated at a time.
* The pool slide will be available from 11:00am-dusk.
