The facilities were great and breakfast was delicious. The staff was absolutely fantastic. We were in town for a death in the family and the staff was so hospitable and compassionate. Lisa, Jo, Linda and John were amazing . We will be back next time we are visiting family.

My husband and I loved staying at this hotel! Check in was quick and easy and the staff was very friendly. Only complaint I have was that there was no hand soap in the room. I’m not sure if it was just left out or they don’t leave any but it would have been helpful to have. Overall a fantastic stay!

Anniversary Celebration

My wife and I were celebrating our one year anniversary. Had a great time, the only drawback was that the pool was not heated, to be an indoor pool; talked with the front desk and he told us it was supposed to be about 75 to 78 degrees, but the water was much cooler than that; otherwise our stay was great. Would definitely stay again and tell others.

Only problem was we went in the little room for snacks and drinks the only thing they had was frozen pizza , ice cream and bbq chips , drnk cooler was almost empty also , ended up going to the store close to the hotel

Our room was nice…bed was comfortable, room was clean. The front desk employees were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good but my only complaint would be that on one of the mornings, the breakfast area ran out of coffee and hot food items at 7:30am. It took her awhile to replenish. And also, the hotel is right in front of a busy railroad track. You can hear the trains during the night.

Great location for private aircraft users. Chose weekend when Beech Museum was having their party and fly in. Price was not what we have been paying. Visiting daughter in area. Sink stopper did not work and was NOT fixed during our visit. Shower curtain smelled badly of mold.

Mediocre stay at best.

Overall, it wasn't great but wasn't terrible either. Service left a lot to be desired. Ran out of body wash on day 1 of a 4 night stay and it was never refilled. Shower pump dispensers were all broken in some manner. About 6 or so Asian lady beetles (the not-so-friendly ones) found their way into the room (on the wall at the ceiling) probably to get out from the cold. They never really bothered us, but they were there all 4 days. Bed sheets never changed over the 4 days. One of the days the beds weren't even touched by housekeeping but they at least gave us new towels. It wasn't a huge deal, but all these things add up to a mediocre stay at best.

Nice room. Breakfast was not good. Eggs were burnt. Sausage was black and did not look like sausage. Biscuits never came out. Did not eat any of that. I had a banana nut muffin and some juice needs much improvement

I want to say upfront that the staff was great, and that they graciously accept large commercial vehicles. There is room for one or two in the back parking lot. This was helpful to me, as I am a professional driver. The only negative part of my stay is that the walls are thin and evidently were not built with any effort in sound muffling. I heard the voices and conversations of three adults, two men, one woman, and one child. I was not eavesdropping. It was as if I was in the room with them. Unfortunately, I had to leave very early the next morning and desperately needed to sleep early, so I put soft music on the radio at my bedside, set to low volume, to distract from the conversation that continued in the room next to me until 12:30 AM., fterwhich, the coughing and snoring began. I was not upset with my neighbors. They have every right to enjoy their stay, and talk as much and as long as they like. The same right as the guests who would like to go to bed early and not have to be kept awake by the conversation and laughter of their neighbors. I am instead disappointed in the designers and builders of hotels who give no thought to sound privacy. Again, the hospitality of the staff was excellent. I would suggest that they might consider filling every other room in the future to mitigate this problem. Of course, if the hotel fills up, this would not be possible. This problem is not their fault. It is the fault of the builders. Thank you for listening. Sorry for the long review.
