Ideally located west of the village of Tulette and its conveniences, the estate is just 25 minutes from must-see destinations like Grignan, Nyons, and Vaison-la-Romaine. Nearby, discover a wealth of attractions: Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, stunning castles and hilltop villages (Grignan, Suze-la-Rousse, La Garde-Adhémar, Clansayes), renowned wines and AOC vineyards, the Wine University and its museum, Provençal markets with local specialties (lavender, truffles, nougat, olives, fruit). The Baronnies Regional Nature Park is also close. Access is easy: you’re only 20 minutes from the Bollène (A7) motorway exit.



The fully renovated and air-conditioned Le Ventoux cottage accommodates up to 6 guests (children included) over two levels:

- Ground floor: spacious living area (kitchen/dining/lounge) opening onto the covered terrace through large glass doors, one double bedroom (160x200), a second bedroom with two single beds (90x200, can be joined as 180x200), a large bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate WC.

- Upstairs: attic children’s room with two beds (80x190).

The terrace, equipped with a plancha grill, offers a superb view of Mont Ventoux.



Communal areas, shared with guests of the second cottage, include parking, garden, ping-pong table, pétanque court, bike storage, and a beautiful pool (12x5m, max depth 2.5m), open in season.
