Wildlife Disclaimer

Please note that the property is located in the desert and near the mountains, where encounters with local wildlife (such as insects, lizards, snakes, or small animals) are a normal part of the environment.



For your safety, we ask that you keep a respectful distance from any wildlife you may see on or around the property. In most cases, they pass through on their own without issue.



If you ever feel that wildlife poses an immediate threat for example, if it is in high-traffic areas like near the pool, patio, or entryways; please contact us right away so we can assist.



🔥 Heated Pool & Hot Tub Info



For guests seeking the added comfort of a heated pool, we’re happy to offer pool heating upon request. Please read the following carefully to ensure a smooth experience:



• Pool Heating Is Optional: The pool is not heated by default. If you’d like it heated during your stay, please request it in advance by messaging us with your estimated time of arrival (ETA).



• Heating Costs:



Pool + Hot Tub: $70 per day

Hot Tub Only: $30 per day



• Hot Tub Settings:

The hot tub is guest-adjustable with a maximum temperature of 103°F for safety. Detailed instructions will be provided on the day of check-in.





• Temperature Range & Schedule:

The pool temperature ranges between 78–84°F and heating runs daily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.



•Arrival Time Is Important:

To have the pool ready upon arrival, please:



••Provide an accurate ETA



••Arrive within 2 hours of your provided time

Late arrivals may cause the heat timer to reset, and heating may not be immediately available.



HOT TUB / SPA HEATING NOTICE:



Please note that the pool and spa share the same heating system. The spa is scheduled to heat during designated daytime hours, and once it reaches the target temperature, the system automatically switches back to heating the pool.



The iPad inside the home only controls the pool/spa lights and does not control the heating schedule or temperature settings.



If you would like to use the hot tub later in the evening, at night, or outside the scheduled heating hours, please message us ahead of time so we can manually turn the heating system back on remotely for you.



Heating the spa takes time, so advance notice is highly recommended to ensure the spa is ready when you’d like to use it.



• Two Living Rooms:

The home features two separate living areas, offering plenty of space for groups to spread out, relax, or enjoy different activities at the same time.



• Stairs

This is a two-story home and requires the use of stairs to access some bedrooms and living spaces. It may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.



• Garage Access:

The garage is not accessible to guests and will remain locked during your stay. However, free parking is available in the driveway.
