Grumpy front desk person when I was finally get someone to come to the desk. No wash cloths, no body soap in the shower, water barely dribbled from the sink faucet, no hand rails for getting in/out of the shower which was very concerning as a 75yo and no toilet paper dispenser, it just had two rolls on the back of the commode. Very comfortable bed and pillows however.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the price was very inexpensive. This is in an area with a lot of construction and close to the airport so it can be a little noisy, but it's not their fault and the price makes up for it.

Room 219 Door lock mechanics need repair—key card reader worked fine; door did not open easily and took several attempts for entry, Bathroom door did not close properly Shower curtain had mildew smell Soap and lotion dispensers were empty and the shampoo dispenser was detached from shower wall.
