This modern desert home is a pet-friendly desert retreat perfect for couples, families, & groups of friends. The convenient northeast location is close to the "loop" bike path, hiking trails, Mt Lemmon, Saguaro National Park East, Sabino Canyon, and Udall Park with public tennis & pickleball courts and a dog park.

Soak up some sunshine by the pool during the day, enjoy sunset views of the Catalina mountains, and gather around the firepit with friends at night.

THE SPACE:
This newly renovated home has lots of natural light and a minimal desert style, perfect for those seeking a modern place to call home for a while.

The kitchen is complete with all necessary cooking utensils, and features a small bar cabinet with glassware so you can mix-up a sunset cocktail as the day winds down.

The family room is complete with 65-inch TV, sound system, and comfy sofa with down-filled cushions and cozy blankets if you're in the mood for a quiet movie-night at home. Be sure to check out the popcorn maker in the kitchen pantry too! Some games and puzzles are also provided in the TV credenza.

The family room features a fireplace with LED candles to provide ambiance and is a great place to read and enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or evening cocktail with friends.

The backyard pool (not heated) is complete with sun loungers, umbrellas, cornhole, and pool toys/floaties so you can relax in style. Fire up the gas BBQ to grill up some dinner, and enjoy the propane firepit on cool Tucson nights.

Bathrooms are all stocked with basic toiletry essentials from Public Goods (shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap/lotion), and plush hotel-grade towels.

Bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses and hotel-quality cotton sheets. Synthetic down pillows and comforters will wrap you in comfort for a good night's sleep. All bedrooms include wireless charging devices on the nightstands, luggage racks, as well as complimentary sleep masks. The Primary bedroom has blackout shades.

For your furry friends we have a large dog bed, dog bowls, leash, and kennels available for your use free of charge. The dog bowls are in the pantry, and bed/kennels are stored in the garage if you need them during your stay. These items have been used by other dogs and are not always washed after use - if this is an issue, please bring your pet's comfort items with you!

The garage has room for 2 vehicles, and space to keep your bikes / outdoor gear safe during your stay. Feel free to bring your own bike or rent one from Ventana Velos nearby!

Parking in driveway and garage, please limit your group to 4 cars. Try to limit street parking overnight. No RV's, please!
A garage door opener will be provided for use of the garage during your stay.

Please note: two storage closets will be locked for storage of owner items: one in garage, and one on side of house.

Early Check-In / Late Checkout:
We understand your travel plans may not align with standard check-in/checkout times. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but need 48 hour advance notice to coordinate with our cleaning crews. If we are able to accommodate an early arrival / late departure, there is a $150 fee for this convenience, which will be charged prior to your arrival.

Kids & Families:
We love hosting families with children in our home, but please note that the house is not baby/child-proofed. Please plan to bring your own travel crib/pack n play/etc, or rent from BabyQuip and they will deliver anything you need right to the house!

Mid-Stay Cleanings (for any reservation over 14 days):
If you'd like additional cleaning or linen services during your stay, please let us know. Mid-stay cleanings vary in price depending on the extent of cleaning services you desire (ex: just a quick freshen up, or a deep clean with linen/towel laundering) - let us know and we'll get a quote from the cleaning team!

28 Day+ Reservations:
We're happy to host guests for longer stays, but will require a separate rental contract for any stay over 30 days to comply with State of AZ rental regulations.

Pool Cleaner:
comes by every Wednesday morning to clean/maintain the pool. They will do their best to be fast to limit disruption during your stay.

Landscaper:
comes once per month. They will do their best to be fast to limit disruption during your stay.

Trash Collection:
City of Tucson trash service is collected from the back alley trash bins every Thursday morning - this is a shared bin with other neighbors. We keep the back gate to the alley locked to secure the pool area for safety. You can access the back alley/trash bin by using the key attached to the back gate. Please be sure to lock it back up once you're done!

Security Cameras :
For safety and security, two (2) exterior video cameras are located at front entry (doorbell & courtyard). These will remain active during your stay.

Commercial Photography/Videography:
Our home can be booked for short-term commercial photo/video shoots, but is subject to a separate rental contract and hourly rate. If you are interested in this option please reach out prior to booking to discuss your needs.
