This well curated and updated Mid-Century home has an awesome layout, offering an open living/kitchen/dining floorplan with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and great outdoor space.

-The main living space is an open floorplan with lots of light and windows. It is perfect for hanging out as there is access to both the front and back outdoor areas.

-The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cookware and utensils you should need for cooking. We are extremely health conscious, and only have stainless steel pots/pans, cast iron, and glass cookware. There is also a toaster, electric kettle, vitamix, and pour over coffee setup. We do not provide coffee or tea, but there is olive oil, salt/pepper. We have plenty of drinkware for various needs, glass Mason jars, and a full set of dinnerware. There is also a wine fridge.

-The main bedroom offers a super comfy queen sized bed, with organic sheets, duvet, tons of closet space, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is well curated and modern, with a walk in shower and glass enclosure. It is stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels.

-The second bedroom offers a super comfy queen sized bed with organic sheets, duvet, a dresser, and exposed brick walls.

-The third bedroom offers a super comfy full sized bed with organic sheets, duvet, and good sized closet.

-The second bathroom is perfectly curated and updated with a tub/shower, and ¾ glass door. It is stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels.

-There are two awesome outdoor spaces (one covered) for you to enjoy the sunny days and cooler nights. There are lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, and plenty of places to get comfy. There is also a Weber charcoal grill available for use. Charcoal is not provided.
