Set in the beautiful Catalina Foothills, yet close to amenities, this newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is only 1 mile from great hiking at Ventana Canyon Trailhead & 1.5 miles from Sabino Canyon Recreation Area! Golf is close too, just 1/2 mile to Ventana Canyon Golf & Racket Club. Restaurants & shopping also only 1/2 mile away. A great location! Condo is easy access, ground floor unit. Sleeps 4, offering a king bed and two twins, master has on-suite bath & walk-in closet. Living/dining areas have travertine tile & plank flooring, bedrooms are carpeted. Enjoy the large patio with travertine tile floor. 2 large flat-screen TVs in living room & master. High-speed internet & cable TV provided. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in the beautiful Catalina Foothills of Tucson!

The condo was clean and we liked the porch with all the birds in the trees. We could walk to the shopping center down the street. Very hard to find the address. The numbers on the condos were hard to see. We would suggest listing the Building number in the address since they were high up on the buildings and easy to see. We'd also suggest a different dining room table that would enable folks to stretch their legs under the table. All in all, it worked out perfectly for our needs.

Although a little far from U OF A - it was a very nice area to decompress, relax by the pool and out of the crowded hubbubs! My granddaughter enjoyed the pool a lot.

Loved this place!

There isn't anything I'd improve about this property! Here are a few of the highlights: Super comfortable bedding; plenty of nice towels; everything was very clean; top down/bottom up blinds everywhere, which is really nice to have privacy yet allow plenty of natural light; great high-speed internet; very comfortable family room furniture; easy, friendly communication with property owner. As a bonus, the whole surrounding area is very nice, with easy, quick access to a grocery store, drug store, restaurants, etc, along with hiking at Sabino Canyon, Ventana Canyon, and other trails. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great but…

The property and location are great. We encountered 2 issues while staying there. Issue 1) Hot water or lack of. If you’re wanting a hot shower you had better be lightning quick about it. The shower will run out in roughly 3-4 minutes. Contacted property management about the issue but honestly what can they do about it?Issue 2) Ants. Went to dinner one night and returned home to several hundred ants marching around on the dining room table. There is a small crack in the floor located at the end of the table where they dwell. Not a lot of fun dealing with that.

Beautiful Unit

Beautiful unit -- reality is as photographed. Everything in working order -- tvs, excellent wi-fi, fans throughout, and good location. Couple restaurants within 3 minutes, many many ones to choose from within 12 minutes.

Beautiful condo with amazing covered veranda

Couldn't have asked for a better property and the pictures are exactly what you see when you enter. We chose the property because of the covered, screened veranda with wicker furniture. We spent quite a bit of time on the veranda in the afternoon and evening. The condo is nicely furnished. The condo complex is in a very beautiful area.

Catalina Condo

We LOVED this condo! It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. It is just a short walk to the lovely hiking trails behind the Loew's resort. The condo was clean and spacious. The sunroom was a perfect place to sit and read while enjoying the view of birds and trees. We highly recommend this property.
