Exquisitely furnished, this first-floor condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is centrally located, minutes from upscale dining, shopping, the University of Arizona, and scenic walking and biking trails. The complex has a pool (unheated) just steps from the condo. It`s perfect for anything from a family vacation to a business trip!

Beautifully decorated and comfortable, the condo has everything you`ll need for your stay. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed, its own private bathroom, and a closet and dresser for your use. The living space is comfortable and includes a smart TV for streaming through your own accounts (no cable or local channels). The kitchen has everything you need to cook, including basic spices, plus a table that seats four and a breakfast bar that seats two. A charcoal BBQ is available in the complex`s common area, and the unit has a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.

Guests have access to the full condo, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, and the living space. You`ll also have access to the complex`s unheated swimming pool and hot tub. A charcoal BBQ and table are available in the complex`s common area.

PET FEES:
- This is a dog-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! (Cats aren`t allowed at the property.)
- There is a limit of two dogs. Fees are charged per stay (not per night): $58 for one dog or $90 for two. For two dogs, $58 is collected with your initial reservation payment, and a request for the remaining $32 is sent after booking.

PET NOTES:
- Please don`t allow pets on the furniture, and pick up and discard any droppings.
- If you bring your dog, please plan not to leave them unattended at the house. If you must, please bring a crate.

PACKAGES & MAIL:
- If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT arrange for anything to be delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
- No smoking or vaping in or around the property. A $500 fee for policy violations.

- No large gatherings or parties. If a party occurs at the home, a $995 violation fee will apply, and the booking will be terminated immediately.

- No unapproved pets and no cats

- Any pets brought to the property must be supervised at all times. (If you must leave them alone, they must be crated.)
