Your ultimate Tucson getaway! This stylish 3-bed, 2-bath home comfortably fits 8. Enjoy a private hot tub, game room with air hockey & foosball, and a fire pit with mountain views. Located in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from the University of Arizona, it's the perfect retreat for families and groups. Fun, relaxation, and memories await in your private playground!

Step inside and feel right at home amidst vibrant decor, comfortable furnishings, and pops of unique art. The open living area invites you to relax on large, plush sofas in front of the modern electric fireplace or stream your favorites on the 65” HDTV.

This home is packed with entertainment and comforts for everyone:
* **Game On:** Challenge your friends in the dedicated game room with air hockey and foosball tables.
* **Outdoor Oasis:** Your private backyard awaits! Soak your cares away in the sparkling hot tub, gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars, play a game of cornhole, or sip your morning coffee on the patio while enjoying mountain views.
* **Rest & Recharge:** Three comfortable bedrooms and two clean, updated bathrooms provide restful spaces for up to 8 guests.
* **Family-Friendly:** A Pack ‘n Play/travel crib is also available for our littlest visitors.
* **Home Comforts:** A fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For those mixing work and play, a dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi are at your service. A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience.

You will have private access to the entire home, including the backyard and all its amenities like the hot tub and fire pit. Please note that a shed in the backyard is kept locked for owner storage and is not available for guest use.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we won't be on-site, we are always available via the app if you need anything or have questions during your stay.

* Please be aware that the next-door neighbor has a dog that sometimes barks at other dogs or guests. If you are bringing a pet or are sensitive to noise, please take this into consideration.

Hot tub was amazing. Fresh water put in day before our stay. Everything was perfect. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. I dont remember the last time i slept so well! It was an amazing weekend.

Wonderful property! Highly recommend!

This was the perfect property for our family while visiting Tucson! It was impeccably clean, spacious & had so many fun extras (game tables, hot tub, sand volleyball court, etc). The location was perfect as it is close to everything we needed (grocery stores, shopping, etc). Our family truly had the best time staying here! The property manager, Candice, was accommodating & responded quickly to the few questions we had. We will definitely book this property again! Highly recommend!!!

A Great Experience!

My wife and I (and dogs) came down to stay for a few days for graduation at U of A. Quiet neighborhood and centrally located to NW side of Tucson and University. Great house for entertainment (inside and out). Easy check in and check out. Very clean, inviting, and comfortable!

Great place, great location

We had a wonderful time. The house is great. Perfect for two families with children. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and convenient. You can see the mountains from the backyard! Our kids had a great time in the sand volleyball court, which served as a giant sandbox. The location is great because it is convenient to both the East and West Saguaro National Parks, and activities in the city. Would absolutely stay again. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and since we have young kids we ate our dinners at home every night of our 5 night stay.

Clean Home & Hot Tub

The self-serve check in process was smooth and felt secure. My family and I enjoyed roasting mashmellows in the fire pit. We loved spending time in the hot tub and looking at the mountains. Lovely home - would recommend!

Mother-daughter Weekend Getaway

My friend and I and our two kids (ages 6 and 3) had a wonderful time. The house was a perfect size for our group with plenty of activities to keep us all entertained. The sandbox (volleyball court) was a huge hit. Communication was easy with fast response time.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this house. Everything was just as the pictures showed and was even better than we’d hoped! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious and well stocked, and the game room and hot tub were huge perks for our family. There plenty of beds and seating throughout the house. Everything was immaculately clean and we felt at home right away. Candace was an excellent host and fast communicator. We’d love to return!
