Beautiful waterfront home w/amazing views! Instantly you'll feel right at home in our newly decorated space. Backyard lagoon-front w/dock for swimming, fishing, crabbing & boating (several marinas nearby w/boat launches). Bikes, Kayaks, Tubes and Rafts, Cornhole, grill, and fire pit provided!

If you're looking for a relaxing quiet residential area, with many year round residents this is for you. The area does become more populated in the summer with out of town property owners and renters, which adds some "buzz" to the air with lots of activities to enjoy. So much to do and see, golf, tennis, pickleball, public beaches, shopping, Atlantic City, Long Beach island, Restaurants both inland and on the water. Overall it's a wonderful, relaxing place to visit any time of the year.
The area is very easily accessible, with approx. 6 parking spaces on the concrete driveway.
Enjoy bayfront living in this convenient location to area beaches, towns and events.

Happy times lagoon-side

The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The host was easy to communicate with, responsive, and consistently pleasant. We loved the mystic island location - taking advantage of the kayaks and fishing gear. We also appreciated the boogie boards and chairs for our day trips to the beach. Highly recommended!

Comfy placd to hang

We wanted space for 3 adults on the water but not on the beach. The place was clean and inviting, with nearly new everything inside. Nicely appointed. Comfy beds. Lots of light. Pet friendly. Perfect for us!

Perfectly located

The lagoon setup is undeniable. You get Kayaks, access to the water, fire pit, grill, 3 beds, AND your dog is invited; it feels almost too good to be true. The house is clean and the AC is very good. The location is prime for day trips. You could easily do Atlantic City and hit up historic Smithville on the way there or back. You’re also not far from LBI, Barnegat State park, beach Island state park etc. - and you’ll be coming home to this awesome spot on the lagoon! David is quick, easy, and legit. He made every aspect a breeze and you’ll have an easy time working with him. We stayed in mid June, I imagine as the summer goes on it gets busier in the Mystic Island area. For us, the lagoon was very quiet and peaceful. The locals were extremely welcoming and friendly. Seriously, don’t sleep on Mystic Island! Well, I guess I should say DO sleep on it, sleep here at this house! 10/10, would come back.
