「Great house, was easily able to accommodate our 9 guests. Host was very responsive and communicative. House is an easy commute to WCU or downtown Sylva. Will look to book again in the future.」

「The cabin does smell musty, which is worse in the kitchen and cabinets. I mention for anyone with mold allergies. This is probably expected since it's a rain forest. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has great counter space for cooking and prep. We will definitely stay here again.」

「Was very nice sitting on the deck right at the rivers edge. Wish the internet/wifi was better. I had a little bit of work to do and it was a little difficult with in and out internet」

「Nice and clean, great view」

「River is glorious !!!!」

「This property was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was as the description said, a cozy cabin with exceptional views. The kitchen was equipped with all our needs. There were clean linens available. Definitely recommend for any one/couple who needs some solace but want the convenience of not being too far from town.」

「We love staying in the yurts in Maggie Valley. They are always clean and private. This time we did get to see a family of elk.」

「This cabin was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Host provided excellent directions (better than the GPS). Would highly recommend Pops Peak to others. Also, very close to the dock for Lake Glenville Waterfall tours ( 5 minutes), which is an excellent excursion to take.」

「We spent 4 nights with 12 people, but invited others Saturday for a total of 26 at a family get-together. We used most of the property’s amenities: fire pit, hot tub, game room, both kitchens, large back yard and deck, and grill. We did not need to use the movie room, but it looked like a great space. Kitchen appliances were clean and working. Loved the coffee maker that makes full pot or one cup and the stash of coffee. Everything we used worked as it should. The property is well-maintained...

「Absolutely loved this place. You are in the country with beautiful Mountain View’s but only 10 minutes from Franklin. It gives you the best of both worlds! It’s quiet and peaceful while having plenty of room for kiddos to play. 」

「Great accommodations for a late winter vacation. The home was well-appointed and clean and provided enough room for our family. The host communicated all of the check-in instructions and check-out procedures well in advance and we did not experience any delays or inconvenience. We will definitely make it a point to return in the future.」

「Nice place for a relaxing vacation! We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed all the amenities provided. The house was very clean and set up nicely. They provide starter toilet paper, paper towels etc…Even provided hand/bar soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent! The kitchen was well stocked with nice plates, bowls, glasses, etc…The location was great for exploring Sylva, Cherokee. Bryson City, and Waynesville. It was far enough away to enjoy no crowds but close enough for...

「We had a wonderful weekend stay! The home was excellent, comfortable, and made for a great getaway. The only thing that would have made the experience even better is having a washer and dryer on-site, especially for longer or active stays. Overall, a great property and host—would definitely recommend!」

「Very nice cabin just as described in listing. Very cozy and host was amazing.」

「The property was better than expected. It was very well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We had rain everyday but there were lots of games to keep us entertained. The cabin was private and secluded yet internet service was great! Steve was great with communication and paid attention to every detail.」

「My husband and I really enjoyed this very comfortable and well decorated cabin. It was very clean and offered so many amenities - I especially liked the phone charging docks throughout the home. It had everything we needed. We spent quite a few hours sitting out on the deck relaxing and enjoying the view. So peaceful! I work remotely and was shocked that I could work on the deck during a July afternoon for several hours without going inside because of the heat. The breeze was so enjoyable! Loved...

「Great home and location!」

「It was a quiet, cute, well equipped tiny home and perfect other then the fact it was so incredibly hot that we had to go buy another fan (2 were not enough) and even then it did not cool us down (only 1 window that opened). It was perfect other than that. Our host did inform us that a mini split was installed but not hooked up yet, and for the price we paid to stay, and for it not to work was a bit too much.」
