"室内はとてもきれい。2ベッドのベッドルームが2つ有り、それぞれのプライバシーは守られる形で良い。ただ、それをクリアに認識出来たのは現場を見た時点であった。 ユメノバとロッジの位置関係、ユメノバ終了後のロッジの出入り口や宿泊者のユメノバ施設への対応など、事前に調べてもクリアにならないまま現地へ赴き、現地スタッフの説明で理解出来た。 一番気になった点として。事前にキャンセルについて不明点を電話で確認したが、当日現地に到着すると全てキャンセル扱いになっていたこと。現地スタッフが思い込みで対応していたようで、謝罪いただいた。 結局、3棟予約の内１棟をキャンセルしたが、我々が全棟キャンセルしていないことが判明した時のスタッフの慌てぶりから、キャンセルになった分を、内々に別の用途で当該ロッジを無料使用したのでは？という疑念が残った。そうでは無いと信じたいが。 全般的に、WEB上にもっときめ細やかな情報を出して欲しい。施設自体は非常に良いし、また利用したいので勿体ない。期待している。"

"Overall it’s an okay place to lay your head at night if you don’t plan to be at the home for more than that. It looks like the photos but a bit dingier. There was a strong mildew smell upon entering and if you looked under the beds there was a thick layer of dust. Also the host did not send the address a week before arrival as promised and I had to ask the day before. And then an additional message about the home being near TRAIN TRACKS was sent last minute and that there were ear plugs...

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend it if you are traveling with a large group that wants to stay in separate rooms. Please keep in mind that most of the bedrooms are on the top floor and the stairs may be too steep for older people/young kids."

"First off, hats off for QiQi and staff for laying out easy to use instructions on the check-in process. I probably would have been lost if it weren’t for the video break downs. The three story house was very spacious, everything looked new and I believe the pictures on the website didn’t do the place justice. Everything was very clean and the A/C was easy to use thanks to the English translations located on wall. The house is next to 2 train stations (only 10 min walk to each) making traveling...
