"Hav6 stayed in the hotel many times whenever I am spending my holidays in Hong Kong. Service provided by the hotel staffs never fails, high standard maintained during all the stays. A minor complain would be insufficient charging points by the bedside otherwise the amenities in the room were in good order and well maintained although started to show signs of date."

"I stayed for 4 nights with my family of 4 (2 teenagers included). The room was decently sized and clean. The location is very convenient, in a busy area. It’s above a mall and MTR. It’s walkable to the markets (sneaker street, ladies street, etc.). There is an outdoor pool and gym, which are well maintained; along with a change room with showers, hair dryers, and lockers."

"The hotel has very nice views and price was reasonable - I booked all harbor view rooms for my 2 weeks stay. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly - they even got my room ready for early checkin with a nice view - without me asking knowing my return from a very tiring trip! I want to specially mention my housekeeper Ms. Wong Lifen - she gave GREAT SERVICES to me, and every time I wanted something she just popped out right away with a big smile! I loved that! The only slight discomfort was the tiny shower area and slow drain in it. THANK YOU for making my stay with you such a pleasant experience! Highly recommended hotel and I will definitely return next time."
