"What the owner failed to mention is that there is a huge metal construction obstructing the ocean view from the balcony. This omission feels unfair and dishonest. Additionally, after staying in other apartments within the same three massive Orbi buildings, I can confidently say that this one is overpriced compared to identical apartments. It was definitely not worth it, and I will never lease this room again."

"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. "What I didn’t like is that the nova is inside another hotel which is “ steps “ hotel , so all the facilities are not included such as room service , pool all that i have to pay to get !!"

"The property is new and clean but doesn't have a restaurant or a cafe, most of the rooms don't have Sea view.The pool was clean but cold .The gay at reception and other staff are so cool without any smile and all the time in their mobiles."

"Location and amenities perfect! The only issue I encountered during my stay was the consistent absence of soap in the dispenser. Ensuring it’s regularly refilled would greatly improve the overall guest experience. I stayed in an apartment that featured a washing machine, stove, and sink in the kitchen area. Providing cleaning and washing supplies would further enhance the convenience and value of this space for guests. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant! "

"Everything was honestly perfect. The Ac worked great, the service from the people was amazing, the level of the room combined with its location was honestly top level. The only thing is that when they cleaned the room they didn't change the sheets, just fixed them. Honestly and truly one of the best hotels I've been to. "

"Spent a week here, location was good, close to the boulevard/sea, everything needed was within walking distance; the room was spacious and clean, other than the balcony, which was very narrow and a bit dirty. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, cant really fault it in any way. Overall had a decent stay."
