COST EFFECTIVE
Exceeded expectations! Viewed elephants, buffalos, waterbucks and more from our very own balcony. At 7.30PM they feed their resident leopard as you eat dinner. Unforgettable! The experience overshadows what is a fairly old lodge.
Ngulia Lodge is a quaint place built in the late 1970s.
Its location is superb, overlooking the scenic Rhino valley. The amenities are OK, the restaurant serves decent food although their packed lunch boxes could do with vast improvement.
The Lodge is clean, the rooms are comfortable (though no hot showers are available at present) and the staff are friendly and professional.

Great location, but hotel in decay
Great location in the park, with animals around, but hotel is not in a great shape anymore. Swimming pool is out of order, and by the looks already for a long long period, this should be mentioned before booking. Rooms where ok, decent beds. Food buffet is all right, not great, but good enough.
Great adventure seeing the wild life.
I actually love the concept of no tv in the rooms, leds you to great conversations with family.
Manager and staff very friendly and attentive.
It was worth every penny, had and awesome time with my wife and 14 years old son.
