The main house offers 3–4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, blending historic character with modern comfort. A thoughtful addition includes a spacious primary suite, a cozy family room, a cheerful breakfast nook, and a full laundry/utility room. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom—both with views of the gazebo and ample closet space.

Step outside to private terraces and patios, perfect for picnics, barbecues, or sipping Finger Lakes wine. The extensive grounds invite long walks, peaceful moments of relaxation, or lively gatherings with family and friends. And for warm summer days, enjoy the refreshing in-ground pool, complete with lounge furniture and a gas grill.

The cottage, while cozy, serves as more than just extra sleeping space—it’s a convenient pool house, changing area or a handy kitchenette for outdoor picnics and events. (Please note: the cottage is not available for May graduations.)
