「Great spot on sound-cedar room made you feel like in a log cabin nice-amenities good. Bed super comfy and shower great pressure and instant hot water. For the high price I feel the windows should open with screen to enjoy surf at night the knobs were removed. Balconies great but not private. Free breakfast very basic and stale bagels. 「Had a great stay at the new Niantic Inn - the room was spacious and clean. The Inn is walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff was very friendly (I got a goodie bag and they even offered to mail my friend her earring that she left behind). Would definitely recommend staying here!」

The property has some condition problems: the steps in front of the Comstock House are deteriorating, and the driveway to it is eroding and full of potholes. 」
