「I’ve been going to best Western few times. I am really liking to stay more. This time I was told that we will have housekeeping services if we put cleaning signs before 8am and we did. we stayed two nights and three families but stuff or Manager didn’t bother to check that our room is clean and we have to use same bed sheets, and everything two days in a row. that was unfortunate.」

「The property was beautiful. I want to return. A perfect time of year to visit if you’re not a skier.
The only ding I can give the property is the television didn’t work in the main living area. Sharing a movie didn’t work out for that reason. I did go to the front desk and was told they would send someone immediately to figure it out. No one came. If you have to ask twice…well, why? Having to watch from the bedroom is not the same sitting on a bed. Not good on the back.

「It is a nice property, room was nice, good bed, clean nice bathroom. There is $20 parking charge per night. Considering it is outside of Truckee I was surprised they would charge for the parking as there is hardly anything around.」
