Perfect for families or remote workers seeking a spacious, comfortable base, the home includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a loft with 2 additional twin beds. Eight guests maximum.

Guest Access
You will have full access to the home and all amenities. Entry is via the front door (lockbox) or garage (keypad).

Trout Creek Recreation Center: Swimming pool, hot tub, steam room, fitness center
Donner Lake Private Beach: Kayaking, swimming, paddleboarding (summer only)
Important Notes
Pet allergy alert: A dog lives in the home when owners are using the house. The home is thoroughly cleaned between stays, but it may not be suitable for guests with severe allergies.
No AC: Ceiling and portable fans are provided
Security: One exterior camera is located at the front of the home (for security purposes only)

No parties, events, or company retreats
No outside visitors or gatherings beyond those listed on the reservation (per Tahoe Donner HOA)
Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum and turn off all exterior lights between 10 PM and 7 AM
