Amazing shared amenities include a pool, sauna, a dock, and tennis courts.

The expansive, 4,000-square-foot interior features stunning woodwork, vaulted ceilings, picture windows, and high-end furnishings. Concoct a refreshing beverage at the wet bar next to the gas fireplace in the Great Room. Cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy at the large dining table. Upstairs, a landing space provides a ping-pong table that doubles as a pool table. The main suite offers a gas fireplace, deck access, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a huge, circular tub for added comfort. Additional perks include Optimum Broadband internet.

The Tahoe Donner HOA has instituted new changes to their Guest Pass Policy. This home has 6 guest passes (one pass per person aged 3 and up). STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

May 23-25 (Memorial Day)
July 1-5 (July 4th)
Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)

The living room has two huge couches and a double futon with space for everyone.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
