LIVING AREA
Sip hot cocoa next to the gas fireplace in the inviting living area. Stream favorite shows on the 32-inch smart TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of appliances. Find all the gadgets and cookware needed to create delectable meals.
Enjoy morning coffee at the three-person kitchen bar. When it's time to eat, gather at the table for six in the dining area.
BED & BATH
Find comfort in the tranquil primary suite, which offers a queen bed and a gas fireplace. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, jetted tub, and double vanity.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom features a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
A convenient half bath is located adjacent to the living area.
Six maximum number of occupants (excluding children under 13 years of age) permitted.
OUTDOOR AREAS
A spacious back deck has a gas grill, alfresco dining, and a staircase that leads to the yard. The lovely Alder Creek Trail is just steps away!
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and Gig-speed ethernet, a washer/dryer, and parking for five cars (two in the garage and three in the driveway). Gigabit Ethernet is provided in the living area, primary and third bedrooms.
Your reservation will include two passes that allow a total of eight guests to access the Trout Creek Recreation Center for a nominal daily fee per person. Enjoy incredible amenities, including swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna. Your purchase also includes access to the Tahoe Donner Tennis Center and the Beach Club Marina. This home is accessed via a short flight of stairs at the entryway. The chalet does not have air-conditioning.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are ok).
THE LOCATION
Discover the area's best family-friendly skiing at nearby Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. For sledding and tubing, make your way to Snowplay, or explore 100 km of trails at the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center.
In the summer, practice your swing at Tahoe Donner Golf Course and explore over 60 miles of hiking trails in the area. Venture out on horseback from the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
