"Great weekend of paddle boarding and tubing with the grandchildren. Loved that we could also bring the dog. Perfect place for a family getaway. Wished we had booked for the week. Really appreciated access to Leroy Brown Park to be able to drop in to the Ichnetuckee."

"The property itself was amazing and the house/cabin was decorated beautifully. We did encounter a problem with the refrigerator and the host did his best to try and fix it. The cabin is conveniently located by the North entrance of Ichetucknee springs state park."

"Christine was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. She even came by to say hello on our first day. Very responsive. I do wish the river was closer and not quite a small walk because my in laws are elderly and couldn’t enjoy it. The walk to the river is quite tough, hard to get kayaks out to the water, It’s a very steep walk. The ac wouldn’t go any colder than 70. Only one television which is in the livingroom so that was rough. Kitchen and home Fully stocked with all the things we needed and the kids enjoyed the play room. Overall the home and the host was great for the price"

"100/100 's We booked this place for a last minute overnight trip we planned. It was great! The host is awesome. Communication was top notch! The tiny house was perfect for what we needed. The washer/dryer combo was great as well. Location was perfect for us and out of the city, which is what we wanted. Thank you for a great stay! Looking forward to our next trip. Highly recommend this one!"

"The property was amazing, and the cabin was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I wish more people could see this slice of what Florida really offers. We will return, for sure. This was a gift for our grandchildren, and they absolutely loved it all, especially the fishing and kayaking. The location was super convenient for taking them on the Ichetucknee River tube run--a must-do while that close. We appreciated having wood for the fire and the kids made s'mores on our last night. It is remote, so we cooked all our meals while we were there, but found what we needed to fix all our meals in the well-stocked kitchen. As a coffee drinker, I brought my own Keurig cups but I thought it was super nice to have a great assortment for guests. There are so many "little" things that make this a great location."
