「The check in was fine, but we rented two rooms, and both rooms were infested with cockroaches. We requested a refund, and the money was refunded. We ended up having to drive and find a nearby hotel, so o cannot recommend for this reason.」

「Lobby area was great. Furniture in suite needed updating. Staff was amazing」

「Great hotel! Clean and efficient would be nice though if they had hot breakfast available included」

「room was clean an fresh, excellent staff great customer service. Kitchen and parking was great」

「### ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 Stars – Disappointing Stay, Room Needs Maintenance My overall stay was average at best. While the hotel had some positives, several issues made the experience less enjoyable than expected. The food was bland and lacked flavor. The shower experience was horrible, and the bathroom clearly needed maintenance. The main bathtub faucet was hanging out of the wall, and the bottom portion of the bathroom door was falling apart. These are things that should have been addressed before...

「The room and hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. The staff was helpful as well.」

「Great staff who was super helpful and nice. My only issue was breakfast was not included and a very pricey add on for what was available.」

「It was a very decent stay with all that i need.」

「Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Our stay was fine, but nothing special. The shower was weak and had a loose cover plate on the tub faucet (rm 207). The room and the entire hotel smelled heavily of perfume maybe? Or an air freshener that made me think they were trying to hide something. The coffee was good, but I wasn't a fan of the food. Overall just good.」

「Honestly it was a good hotel for the price! The staff was amazing, especially considering that our stay was so last minute. We came in looking for a safe place during Isaias, and even though the lobby was closed originally, when we called ahead to see if they had any way to allow us to go ahead and book for the night, the gentleman was kind enough to leave what I can only assume was his own room to unlock the lobby and was willing to even help us book then. We didn’t get to try the breakfast but...

「Staff was friendly but the property was infested with roaches I noticed they had bait traps out for them so I believe they are trying to get rid of them but my first room I seen about ten of the in like the first minute so I switch rooms but it was the same in that room hopefully they can get the bugs under control soon」
