「The hotel room itself was fine but the lobby and the exterior had a lot of trash and wasn’t kept well. I called in advance to confirm if the rooms included a pull out couch or if a rollaway bed was available for guest use and they assured me they had both options; however upon arrival at the the hotel I learned that was not true.
