Gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of town. The views at breakfast are stunning. The room is a good size and all is very clean and modern. Great choice if you want to be in the heart of Tropea, easy walk to beach and you are surrounded by shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at La Dolce Vita! The staff was so kind and helpful with anything we needed. The room was beautiful with amazing views. Breakfast was very good and we loved dining on the terrace with ocean breezes and views. The location can’t be beat steps out the door and you are in town yet our room was surprisingly very quiet and the blackout shades were much appreciated! i highly recommend staying here. Staff was above and beyond, the best!!

The staff are great, breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and nice, the bed is very comfortable but the pillows are too hard (and all the pillows on the bed are the same) and the towels - you get one bath towel and one hand towel per person- have a musty odor like they’ve been left in the washing machine for too long.

Fantastic location in the town. The rooms are a bit on the small side for the price. The staff were very helpful. I think an inclusive pick up and drop service for luggage from the car parking to the Hotel would be a nice touch. A 20 euro taxi fare for 2 minutes and 300 metres was a little excessive.

La Dolce Vita was an incredible experience. This hotel is a small boutique style hotel with exceptional design and charm. The staff were so kind and helpful. Giuliana helped us daily with certain requests and she was professional and attentive always. Our room was spotless and kept fresh throughout the day and night. The breakfast is made by a very kind lady. The hotel is located right by the famous ledge, with the most amazing location right from when you step outside. I will continue to stay at La dolce vita for my summers spent in Calabria!

Had a fabulous stay here and the view from the balcony for breakfast or aperitivo is spectacular. The rooms are slightly on the small side but I think that’s Italy. The air conditioning had cool air coming from it but never seemed to really cool the room down entirely. The showers need the grout cleaned a little but everything else outweighs these. Would stay again!
