"Filthy carpet, a tiny vanity, a small shower, no bathmat, no teatowel, no laundry facility (as advertised and mentioned in the room compendium) ... just awful. How this got a 9.2 score is beyond me. Also noisy, only blockout curtains (also grotty) no sheers, so the light needed to be on ALL the time. Then there was an earwig (insect) in the bed. The little fridge desperately needed defrosting. There were several mats on the floor. I hate to think what was under them. "

"The property was perfect for our family whilst visiting the area for a wedding. A place to stay that accepted dogs was critical for our stay and this place delivered. The dogs loved the stay away from home.The only thing I will mention is if it's hot the upstairs bedrooms do get quite hot. The floor fans do help, but it's still pretty warm upstairs.We would stay here again if we were to visit the area. May be on the next visit we would have time to use the spa and pizza oven."
