"Room wasn’t ready at 3 for check in. Waited a 1/2 hour, just to get to the room and the key cards didn’t work. The room was not the room I booked. Went to dinner to come back and the key cards didn’t work again."

"The room could have been cleaner. The furniture had stains on it. The refrigerator had small dents on it. The property was very close to a major highway. It was rather noisy to try and sleep."

"The room was lean, but the shower floor had a brown build up in the corner, which made me uneasy. They only lean your room if you request! The pool was nice and because the hotel was not busy, it was enjoyable. I wish I could say good things about the staff. Fifteen minutes after checking in the front desk was unmanned. I called, knocked on the office door to no avail. The phone began ringing and no one answered. It rang twice while I was trying to find someone. I wanted to pay for two sodas from the cooler, but finally gave up, went to my room, and then waited for the morning staff, and explained that I had been unable to pay for them the night before. BTW, the lady at the desk that morning was nice, but charged me more than the costs (I believe she just made a mistake on the size. When I purchased two more the next afternoon, I was charged the correct amount, I did not ask for a refund. Breakfast was ok, but sparse. Checking out was fine, although the same young man who checked me in and disappeared was there this morning when I checked out. I mentioned not being able to find him Tuesday afternoon and he said that I should have called him. Interesting, since he did not answer the two calls that 1st evening, I am not sure that I would stay there again. "

"Above all, the room was quiet. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. I felt that my parked car was absolutely safe. I am thankful for a great stay."

"No one broke into my car and i didn't see any bugs. That's the best i can say for this place. I have pretty low standards, and i would not book here again. The facilities are extremely outdated. The whole place needs a few coats of paint and some elbow grease, not to mention a new elevator, some hardcore parking lot cleanup and room repairs. The staff was incredibly nice and it was surprisingly quiet but i left a night early to go check in elsewhere. "

"Personally I didn’t think it was worth the money. The restaurant/lobby gets extremely loud at night. There is also not enough onsite parking. "
