「Riccardo was wonderful. He made us feel so comfortable」

「Great location, Great staff. I would recommend you stay here」

「A lovely garden setting located close to nice restaurants and the Vatican. Staff was very helpful in all ways.」

「I'll start with the bad stuff first. When I wanted to shower shortly after we checked in, the handle came off and the water wouldn't shut off. There was no screw holding the handle in place. I'm guessing this has happened before and it will probably happen again, especially since the building manager was already aware of it. The woman who checked us in (she had clocked out for the evening) came back and reattached the handle. Still, the water pressure was very low and the water temperature was...

「I couldn't receive any responses from staff for check-in.」
