"Our stay was wonderful and Overdene was the perfect house for us. The location is amazing as you have access to a gorgeous beach which is perfect surfing for kids and the cliff tops for lovely walks. The downstairs open plan area is perfect for big families, as you can fill advantage of the big table, kitchen, bbq and garden all together. The bedrooms are a great size and the kids loved the bunk bed room. All in all, it was perfect. "

If you like walking the moors are minutes away,perfectly located to visit boscastle,Bude and many more. This cottage was so peaceful and quite,inside was immaculate and had everything you need. "After driving for 7 hours, arriving at the property, we struggle to contact the Host for the access/ key. After a lot of chase, the manager of holiday accommodations contacted the host and we were told our booking should have been cancelled. We could notice accommodation were occupied. "Fantastic converted barn with a real ‘home from home’ feel. The outside space was gorgeous, loved the hot tub and watching the birds and bees. So quiet and peaceful. Lovely close walks for the dog and games indoors were an added bonus that entertained even our teens! We had everything we needed and Lesley had left a very welcoming set of goodies on arrival. Would definitely stay again and only wish we’d booked a week instead of a few nights. "
