「Perfect location to use as a base to tour Cornwalls beautiful coastlines. Fantastic views of Padstow/Rock estuary and lovely sunsets. Convenient location to amenities/shops etc. but in the countryside, peaceful retreat. Well equipped apartment, made to feel like home from home. Parking facilities in the local pub car park very convenient. Recommend the local pub if you didn’t feel like cooking for yourself.」

「A beautiful little cottage, which was really well equipped, we had everything we could need, especially as the weather wasn’t kind ! A lovely hamper to greet us with homemade DELICIOUS jam; and even treats for our dogs… Lesley and James are close by should you need anything & they even helped us out with a pot of sugar that we’d forgotten… Polperro is a MUST visit nearby, beautiful little fishing village with some lovely shops and restaurants…. Bodmin prison also worth a visit our friends...

「The pod itself is very clean and cosy with great space between the 2 pods on site. It was very clean and well presented on arrival and has everything you could ever need. Tina was very welcoming and helpful on arrival and made us feel like nothing was too much to ask. We would definitely come back again to this great glamping pod!」

「Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

「Love the location … for the obvious and some personal reasons. The description of this property is spot on. You couldn’t wish for a more perfect location and the overall space is wonderful. Yes, the building is tired and the general standard of fixtures, fittings and furnishing isn’t what you would expect for the cost. But if, like us, it’s all about the view and the perfect location, it more than makes up for downsides. Thanks to Rupert for helping us have a truly memorable stay.」

「What a great place to be. We very much loved this wonderful cottage. It is so pretty nice and equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay. Great view from living room and bed room over the fields down to the bay. And what a wonderful garden to relax. The cottage is located perfect to discover all the nice places of Cornwall. Good facilities and everything you needed for a short stay. Comfy and clean - there were a fair few well established cobwebs in the bedroom and flies, but this is to be expected in a working farm. 「Bay Cottage is just right for our stays when down visiting family nearby. Easy access to the beach, canal and town centre. Parking away from the main road, and safe. Sounds of the birds waking you in the morning confirms this oasis of peace, despite the town location. Large grounds giving plenty of space to walk your dogs last thing at night. 「Wir hatten dieses Objekt als zentralen Punkt für unsere Cornwallreise ausgesucht und es war sehr schön. Das Objekt ist ein kleiner Bungalow in einer Bungalowsiedlung, die gepflegt wirkt. Bedingt durch das feuchte Wetter in Verbindung mit dem Wassersport muss man zwingend ein paar kleine Grundregeln zum richtigen Lüften beachten. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind ok. In der Küche findet man genug Geschirr für 3 Personen. Ich werde gern wiederkommen.」
